MACHINE FEATURES
1. SRB65-2 is single station double head blow molding machine for 2L as maximum. Its output for 1L sport water bottle is 400 Pcs/hour, the daily capacity can be 10000 bottles.
2. We adopt 65mm 24:1 high hardness bimetallic alloy screw, driven by 18.5KW extrusion motor to get plasticizing capacity 75KG/hour.
3. 160mm central distance double head with reasonable material runner design and good metal process for high hardness, precision and long time durability.
4. High speed total machine control system support remote technical support, 100 point parison thickness controller can be used for better parison thickness distribution and high bottle quality with lower material cost.
5. Pressure and flow double proportion hydraulic control system to achieve action high speed but low impact force, insure machine running precision and smoothness, helpful for longer lifespan.
6. Aluminum Cantilever operation box, product collective guidance shelves and scraps sliding channel is included.
