Since 2013, we started to make the customized 5L single station blow moulding machine for our customer ELAYAN CO., in Palestine, till now they had bought 8 machines of SRB65 model. Their new factory is under establishing also business keeps increasing, the future is yours!

Since 2014 we started cooperated with the Russian customer ООО "СервисГид" as our agency in Russia, we keep working as a team. They are witness of our development, also we got to learn more from them from the OEM orders, thanks with our greetings!

According to customer's individualized requirement to make customized double station triple head 3 layer co-extrusion blow molding production line, with totally automatic control and on-line process, finally trim bottle neck for leakage testing.

We are professionally working for the Extrusion Blow Molding Machine in design, manufacturing, exporting and service, owning more than 15 years working experience. Our production line covers single station and double station EBM models of 1L, 2L, 5L, 12L, 20L & 30L, the accumulating EBM models of 30L, 60L, 120L, 250L, 350L & 1000L, also with rich experience for transparent view stripe, multi-layer co-extrusion, multi-cavity high speed machines, servo motor energy saving application, special plastic material processing and abnormal products machines with individualized design and manufacturing.

In oversea market, our machines cover Asia, Europe, Africa, South America, and we own the oversea agency and service capacity. Besides EBM machines’ manufacturing and sales, we also provide blowing moulds, auxiliary machines and post processing tools & devices to help our customers to arrange the whole producing line’s layout, workshop management and working flow. Baisu Machinery was established in 2012. At that time the workshop area was about 700m2, annual machine output was 7 sets, business volume was about 500,000 USD, all machines were made for domestic market.

In 2013, the workshop area was enlarged to 1150m2, annual machine output was 19 sets, business volume was about 850,000 USD. Since 2013 March, we registered offland company Sunray Group Limited and started international business since the August, exported the 1st machine to Columbia for PVC sport water bottles.

In 2014 September, we changed workshop and enlarged production area to 1650m2, 11m workshop height allowed us to make bigger machines. Also the employee number was increased to owned self-research and development capacity to make individualized machines. The annual machine output became 35 sets, business volume became about 1,835000 USD.

In 2015 November, we moved our workshop again for bigger production area 2250m2 and better working environment, including separate painting workshop and office area. Meanwhile in this year, we took over some empolyees from another EBM machine manufacturer's bankruptcy to build our professional service team. The annual machine output was 46 sets, business volume was about 2,300,000 USD.

In 2016 August, the new workshop was built for metal processing and machine frame manufacturing. Till the beginning of Oct., we had made 45 sets machines to equal the business volume of 2015. During this year, more and more old customers keep repeating orders to us, we also keep helping and supporting more and more new customers to enter blow-molding products field.

In 2017 March, we built sales company Sunray Machinery located in our city downtown, specially for our extrusion blow molding machines' international sales and marketing. Also enlarged the sales team to 6 persons with routine training every week, to meet the increasing order quanity and highten service level to every customer. It's a efficient preparation for our next development step.

In 2018 April, we took part in the CHINAPLAS Shanghai Exhibition at the 1st time to make a stage pose in the international level professional industry fair, more and more customers from China domestic and oversea market started to know us and our blow molding machines. In this fair we showed 60L double layer accumulating EBM machine for drums and barrels specially, its excellent workmanship and advanced control system left visitors a deep impression.

We attach great importance to service and treat it seriously. In our mind, the whole service flow is divided in pre-sale stage, manufacturing stage, installation stage and after sales service.

Good communication with our customers to know the target product details, wanted outoput, confirm the suitable blow molding machine models and provide whole project quotations. All the misunderstandings or possible mistake are solved in this stage. For new hand customers, we share our experience and bring forward economical production plan, to make everything is correct from the beginning.

During order manufacturing stage, we keep reporting production progress to customers from making machine frame to loading and delivery, specially the test reports in each time of mould commissioning. Meanwhile, we also provide producing line layout drawing and working flow sketches according to customers' factory dimension. Customers will have clear impression to prepare for workshop and production area arrangement.

After customer's checking and acceptance, we arrange loading and delivery, collect all documents for customs declaration and also help customer for customs clearance. According to customers' requirement, engineer can be dispatched for installation, commissioning and trainining, and give suggestions to guide customer's production flow and working arrangement. 

We grant one year guarantee time, all the problems caused by our reason will be responsible by us, problem solution plans, replaced parts and express cost will be solved by our side. After guarantee time, we remind customers to purchase spare parts on time, and contact in time to insure normal pruduction. The experience sharing and remote supports cover machines' whole lifespan.
