MACHINE FEATURES
| ►1 litre plastic bottle extrusion blow molding machine SRB70D-2 is widely used in hdpe or pp plastic bottle making field, shampoo and liquid soap bottle manufacturing field, also used for other round or square containers.

| ► In normal production, the cycle time is about 27 seconds. Its production capacity is 530 pcs/hour, daily output is 12700 bottles. The key technical points lie in even extrusion speed and multi-head material runner design and process, to make sure the parison extruding speed in each head is equal.

| ► SRB70D is equipped with on-line auto deflashing plastic bottle moulds, leakage tester, in-mold labeling machine, product conveyer system, scraps conveying system and proportion weighting doser to highten automation degree. |
